TEC3 James John Lofrano was killed in action in Germany on April 8, 1945.

The son of Frank and Jennie Lofrano, 60 Union Avenue, Nutley, enlisted on January 1, 1942. His service number is 32188427.

Born on April 26, 1917, in Newark, he is survived by brothers Thomas and Silvio, and sisters Geraldine, Josephine, Mildred and Dororthy.

TEC3 Lofrano's remains were repatriated. He is interred at St Joseph's Cemetery, Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
